Butterscotch Granola Cookies

Serves Makes Five dozen 2 1/4-inch cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
One 12 ounce package (2 cups) Nestle Toll House Butterscotch flavored morsels
1 cup quick oats, uncooked
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup wheat germ
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, honey, and brown sugar; beat until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Blend in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir oats, walnuts, raisins, morsels and wheat germ. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire racks.
