Bar-b-qued Lobster Tail

Ingredients:
Lobster tails
Garlic, chopped
Butter, melted
White wine
Lemon juice
Worchestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic salt
Instructions:
1. Cut lobster tail with scissors just down each side of the flat part so that you can pull the meat out in one piece. (Save both pieces of shell)
2. In bowl mix chopped garlic, melted butter, white wine, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce and Soy Sauce.
3. Place lobster meat in marinade for about 10 minutes, turning once.
4. Spoon marinade equally into lobster shells, place lobster meat back into shell and sprinkle with a little garlic salt. Then place the part of
the shell that you had cut away back over the top of the lobster meat.
5. Wrap with aluminum foil and place onto barbeque grill. Check after on grill 5-7 minutes; meat should be white when done. Be careful not
to overcook.
6. Serve with pasta or rice, and vegetable.
