One 12-ounce package (2 cups) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
6 Tbsp butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chopped walnuts
Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels and butter; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham cracker crumbs and walnuts with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack; cut into 2 x 1-inch bars. Chill before serving.
