Mexican Eggs Ole

Ingredients:
8 beaten eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cube butter
16 ounces cottage cheese
3-4 drops Tobasco
1 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
11 ounce can Mexican corn, drained
Instructions:
Beat all ingredients in large bowl and pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 12 squares and top with sour cream and salsa.
