Ingredients: 2 lbs lean ground beef 1 egg bread crumbs (3-4 slices) a little milk a little worchestershire sauce parsley minced onion a couple cloves garlic, minced celery salt (almost 1 tsp) italian seasoning oregano tomato sauce (8 oz.)	Instructions: Mix and form into loaf (in bread pan). Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Notes: Tastes great with Jerk Sauce (or A-1 if you can't find Jerk Sauce). Mix in a little ketchup if you like.
