Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bottom of a 9x13 inch cake pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl often. Pour into cake pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool. Top with lowfat whipped cream mixed with a few drops of vanilla extract. Dust with cocoa powder.
