Ingredients: 1 16 oz. can refried beans w/ green chiles 1 8 oz. package guacamole (frozen or fresh) 1 16 oz. container sour cream 1 12 oz. jar salsa 6 oz. grated cheddar cheese 1 bunch scallions (green onions) -- chopped 1 bunch fresh cilantro -- chopped 1 small can chopped olives
Instructions: Layer in shallow dish or quiche pan the first 5 ingredients, starting with the refried beans. In a small bowl, mix together scallions, cilantro, and olives. Spread on top of dip.
