Ingredients: Cooked brown rice (1 cup or so, depending on how much you want leftover) 1 smoked sausage (Kielbasa)cut in slices 1/2 lb. ground turkey (here again more if you like leftovers) Salt & Pepper 8 oz. mushrooms sliced 1 can ranch style beans 1 onion
Instructions: Start rice. Brown ground meat over medium heat. When almost brown, add onion & cook till meat browned & onion transparent looking. Add mushrooms & cook till limp. Remove from skillet & brown kielbasa. Add ground meat & onion. Add can of Ranch beans w/sauce. Add cooked rice. Mix, cover & heat through 5 minutes or so to blend flavors. Serve & enjoy!
