Ingredients: 2 cups fresh fruit 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 lemon, grated then juiced 2 tsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cloves 1/4 tsp ginger	Instructions: Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick and clear. For sauce you can add a little sweet liqueur of your choice.
Notes: Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 weeks. (Flavor deteriorates if frozen for longer)
