Ingredients: 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/8 teasp. lemon juice 1 - 2 ounce can Star anchovy filets, oil and all 1 egg yolk 1/8 teasp. fresh ground pepper 1/2 teasp. Dijon Mustard 5-6 cloves minced garlic
Instructions: Place all of the above ingredients in a Cuisinart and blend well. Place into jar and refrigerate. Will be a little runny and will separate. Before use, shake well. Does improve with age after a couple of days; and it also thickens.
