Ingredients: 1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices. 1 medium red onion. 1 garlic clove. 19 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed). 16 oz can pork & beans in tomato sauce. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp sugar. 3/4 tsp dried thyme. 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: Cook kielbasa 3-4 minuts. Add chopped red onion and finely chopped garlic; cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
