Ingredients: 10-12 medium potatoes 2 cups grated cheese 2/3 cup chopped green onion 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup 1 stick margarine or butter 1 cup sour cream crushed corn flakes
Instructions: Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool, skin, and grate. Mix grated potatoes, cheese, and green onion. Heat Cream of Chicken soup with 1 stick margarine or butter. Add sour cream (heat). Add soup mixture to potatoes and fold in. Put mixture in large buttered casserole. Top with crushed corn flakes. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Remove cover for the last 5 minutes.
