All I have to say about this one is, "So, when does the NEXT book in the series come out?" If you are at all interested in the crusades, or the history of Jerusalem, or any number of other area of historical fiction that fall into this category, read this book. I am not the greatest lover of history, but this book really gets past that wall I have built up to protect myself from the numbing effects of history books. Once again, Lawhead proves he is one of the great writers of our time. If you have trouble following the changes in time period during the course of the book, don't worry. It all makes sence in the end.
