Instructions: 1. Cut galich chives into 1 1/8" (3 cm) legnths. Beat eggs lightly. 2 Place hot cooked rice in each serving bowl. Cover and set aside. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry garlic chives only for a few seconds and add dashi stock, soy sauce and sugar. Stir in beaten eggs and remove from heat immediately. Place on the rice and serve hot.
Notes: I mix the eggs, sugar, soy sauce and dashi in and then add them to the cooking chives.
