Ingredients: 1 Package Flour Tortillas 8 oz. Cream Cheese Small can Diced Green Chiles Shaved Ham, Chopped Chopped Black Olives Mustard Sauce: 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/8 dup dry mustard 1/2 cup sugar 2 small eggs |
Instructions: For Roll Ups, whip cream cheese with hand mixer. Add ham, olives and chiles to taste (more if you like it a little spicier, less if not) and mix well. Spread onto tortillas about 1/8 inch thick or more. Roll tortillas and slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Refrigerate in zip loc bag till ready to serve. For Mustard sauce, mix ingredients in saucepan and cook over simmering water for 8 to 10 minutes stirring constantly. Will thicken as it cools. Refrigerate |
