Ingredients: 2 1/4 Cups Bisquick Original 2/3 Cups Milk
Instructions: Heat oven to 450 dgrs. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2" thick. Cut with 2 1/2" cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown.
Notes: DROP BISCUITS: Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
CHEESE-GARLIC Biscuits: Prepare Drop Biscuits - Except decrease baking mix to 2 cups and add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix 2 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder. Brush over biscuits.
HIGH-ALTITUDE: Heat oven to 575 dgrs.
