Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups warm water 2 packages active dry yeast 1/2 cup instant nonfat milk 2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp salt 1/2 cup cooking oil (or shortening) 7 - 7 1/2 cups flour
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375?. Measure water into large mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over water. Add milk, sugar, salt, oil and about 3 1/4 cups flour to make a thick batter. Blend well. Beat 3 min at medium spead. Add remaining lour to form a very tough dough. Toss dough on flour surface until no longer sticky. Kneed until smooth (1 to 2 minutes). Bake until bread becomes brown.
